Sam was very professional and always had our best interests in mind. He fitted the boiler with an awkward flue position so that it was compliant with regulations. However, noticed there was an awful noise coming from the boiler. He returned to investigate and the system to have metal in it and needed power flushing. Besides fixing the immediate problem we had with a burnt out switch on our shower unit, he went out of his way to solve our household heating issues which have been almost unsolvable for the 3 years since we decided to install solar panels and later a lithium battery without any reduction in our energy bills.
